​O'Loughlin Gaels Juvenile Sections will be taking part in this years St. Patrick's Day Kilkenny Parade and all young players from the GAA & Camogie Clubs are invited to meet at the Club at 11.45am on Friday morning. We're looking for children from St. John's Senior School Kilkenny to help us out too who are busying away making props for the event. We're also looking for a few parents to help out, so don't be shy!!. 
Our juvenile sponsors MacDonagh Junction Shopping Centre will be keeping families entertained over the weekend as well so make sure to drop in and pay them a visit

Well done to the big Mid-fielder Paddy Deegan who had the honour of leading out the Kilkenny Senior Team for their League clash against old rivals Cork today. It was an honour that Paddy clearly relished and one that all at O’Loughlin Gaels and the St. John’s Parish community are very proud of. A good performance by Paddy contributed to a fine team effort that earned Kilkenny’s first league points. Lovely Hurling

O'Loughlin Gaels GAA, Club directly across the road from Nowlan Park, is the place to be on any Big Match Day at the 'Park. With Club Chairman and Cork great Brian Murphy on hand to welcome his compatriots this is always a festive occasion. There will be plenty of banter before and after the match in the bar and a few sandwiches to keep you going for the day. Enjoy the facilities while the young lads hit the pitches to puc a sliotar and a new generation of friendships develops between these two counties  for years to come..and then on to the Big Game.

O'Loughlin Gaels GAA Champions Dinner takes place on March the 10th. There's a 3-course meal, a a look back at some of the years highlights - we might even get a peek at the all important Ireland v Wales 6 Nations Rugby. There will be music by Drops of Green and followed by DJ-Seanie-D to keep us going well into the night!!

There will be some great Raffle Prizes too on the night put forward by the generous friends of O'Loughlin Geels GAA: ElectroCity, The Rivercourt Hotel, Ormonde Construction, Langtons House Hotel, Frank Walls the Mans Shop, Newpark Hotel
