This was a fundraising initiative by the players to raise essential funds for a new strength and condition gym for all the players of O'Loughlin Gaels. The fundraiser ran over the Christmas period of 2015 and your support contributed to the establishment of a players Club gym and equipment which was opened at the end of 2016 We thank our players and supporters for generously gifting Lochlainn the bull calf which was the prize. Part of this fundraiser gave the purchaser the opportunity of having their name permanently posted in the gym wall as a valued Club supporter and this option was nicknamed the The Matador.
