RACE NIGHT
Race Night Takes place this coming Friday. It’s the club social event of the year and it’s one not to be missed. All the top Dogs will be there…Race Night Sponsors MCarthy’s Europspar will be on hand as they are every year to support this club event. Pat Carrolls and MacDonagh Junction Shopping Centre join in the celebrations also as respective Senior and Juvenile Teams sponsors. There will be hot dogs for the kids, fast dogs for the serious punters and fancy named ones for the not so serious ones. Whatever your fancy get along and enjoy the night. Tickets are €10..available in the club, from any players and promotors going door to door all this week. Support your local club.
Anyone with books of tickets please return the stubs and monies to the club any evening after 9pm.
KILKENNY TEAMS
Hard luck to the Kilkenny Seniors who gallantly bowed out of this year’s Championship on Saturday evening at Semple Stadium. It was a proud year for O’Loughlin Gaels and St. John’s Parish to see Paddy Deegan and Mark Bergin represent the club at this level. Well done lads..keep it up.

The minor hurling league got off to a good start - with 2 rounds completed it’s maximum points in the Roinn A competition after wins over Naas GAA and Ballyhale GAA. The Minor B’s also had two games this week suffering a loss at the hands of Ballyragget but picked themselves two days later with a sold win over Tullaroan on Sunday morning.
It was a busy Friday evening with the Minor B’s, Junor A’s and Junior teams all playing matches at the same time. The Junior A’s dominated their game against Freshford at St. John’s Park to earn their win and out in Castlecomer while the Juniors recorded another win over Erin’s own in their League/championship.
Well done to all our teams – Lovely hurling.
JUVENILE TEAMS
The u12s Go Games Series gets underway next weekend and all parents, grandparents, uncles, aunts and family members are encourages to support the young lads. This year the panel will have three teams involved. The fixtures will be announced at the boys training sessions so keep an ear out and support the boys – every young player loves the support.
U6 PLAYERS OF THE WEEK #18
The future is looking good for the club and if the County Board keep an eye on things don't be surprised to see an all O'Loughlin Gaels half forward line in the not too distant future. Well done to this weeks Players of The Week - Odhran, Cathal & Tadhg. The three boys have been putting in the hard yards at Sundays and Thursday's training sessions and received their awards this morning for their efforts.
A big get well soon to u6 Manager Stephen McCormack who will definitely feel better for seeing the boys do so well. Hurry back Stephen - the boys want to show you how good they're all getting.

There is plenty of activity around the O’Loughlin Gaels pitches each afternoon as our young members gather together to puc around, practice their skills and dream big. It is such a great facility to hae right on the doorstep of so many members and with the school hoidays well underway the young players are taking full advantage.

O’LOUGHLIN’S GAA SUMER CAMP
Applications for O'Loughlin Gaels Summer Camp is officially closed. No further applications will be accepted. Its hard to believe it's possible but It looks like it's going to be the biggest and best yet. Summer Camp Start on July 31st and ends August 12th.

Our Summer stars reading event kicks off on Tues July 4th, so bring in your children to join it and get them reading for the Summer Holidays. It will improve their reading ability while off from School and provide free entertainment also
