SNOW BRINGS OUT THE BEST
Although the snow brought great joy and entertainment throughout, It was also tough going for some people over the last number of days as the snow drifts etc paid havoc on services and day to day activities around St. John’s Parish. A huge pulling together by the community insured that neighbours and friends were all looked after. Well done to everybody who checked in on elderly and alone friends , those who helped to clear access and help out neighbours to get through the cold spell.
MATCH PARKING
Next Sunday our friends from the Sunny South East will travel in their numbers for the Allianz Hurling League clash between Kilkenny & Wexford. O’Loughlin Gaels GAA Club will again be available for Parking and it’s facilities open for supporters. Please spread the word and volunteers as always will be appreciated.
